Cross-border transfers: some of our processors are based in the United States. These transfers comply with Law 25 requirements (s. 17) and are subject to a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA). Contractual clauses ensure an adequate level of protection.

6. Retention Periods

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law:
